WEEKLY WISDOM

Many people’s egos are quick in judging a person or situation. And especially when unpleasant emotions are involved. These people then demand that other people show empathy towards them, so the unpleasant emotions they experience can be balanced out.
On top of that, they very often display a lack of empathy when it comes to others. They make other people experience unpleasant emotions, whereas they never question their own words and behaviours.
Some valuable advice when dealing with people: don’t make someone else feel something that you yourself would experience as unpleasant.
There are two reasons for this:
Firstly, when you trigger destructive emotions in another person, you’re not doing this out of your essence – love. But out of your own unpleasant emotions. This way you jeopardise your own bliss, along with your body’s health.
And secondly, when another person produces unpleasant emotions, this has a knock-on effect on you, and on all other living beings: we are all connected, as everything and everyone consists of energy.
Love,
Kaat
