The difference between Karma and Dharma.
In Western society more and more people are talking about Karma – which also gives rise to the fear to build up more karma.
Here’s the explanation:
When you and another person have established an emotional connection that is so emotionally charged that there’s no space left for pleasant emotions – you can’t retrieve them anymore within your system – this is then referred to as Karma. This can also be applied to situations, languages, countries, animals, groups of people, races, leaders,… With other words: you can only feel unpleasant emotions towards something or someone. There’s no room left for he pleasant counterparts and you will try to turn this around in your next lives. The less built up karma there is, the higher the frequency of your body, and the healthier and easier your life is.
Dharma is the exact opposite:
You establish an emotional connection based on pleasant emotions with something or someone with which/whom you share your love. This exponentially raises the frequency of your body, which makes it more and more beautiful , conscious and healthy. So this doesn’t necessarily entail that you will convert this dharma into karma in a next life.
Dharma can be the resulting build up of an attempt – lasting many lives – to transform karma.
Conclusion: activate pleasant emotions within your system, not the unpleasant ones. Even when your ego says there’s nothing pleasant about a situation, thing or person; you can always activate at least one pleasant emotion when you listen to your heart.
Just do it for your own body.
Love,
Kaat
